Consumption above the limit (water, gas, electricity and common areas), as per contract.
Maintenance: free for the first 120 hours; after this period, charged.
Upon departure: cleaning, possible inspection adjustments and excess consumption.
There is a security deposit, charged in the first month. The amount varies according to the period and the property and covers departure expenses. The balance is returned within up to 30 days.
For those who prefer a base monthly fee and manage their own consumption and requests.
