Checkout cleaning is performed after checkout and may vary according to the contracted plan and reservation conditions.
In the Shortstay+ plan, checkout cleaning is already included, according to the plan conditions.
Even when checkout cleaning is included, there may be an extra charge if the property is returned outside the normal standard of use, such as in cases of:
excessive dirt;
trash left in the property;
stains, residue, or strong odors;
need for deep cleaning;
misuse of the unit.
In these cases, Shortstay may document the property condition through photos, videos, and internal inspection.
