How does the security deposit work?

The security deposit covers the move-out expenses of the property — and it works differently in each plan.💙

Shortstay+ (no security deposit) — recommended⭐

In the Shortstay+ plan, you are exempt from the security deposit. For convenience and peace of mind, this is the plan we recommend.

Standard (with security deposit)

In the Standard plan, there is a security deposit, charged in the first month. The amount varies depending on the length of stay and the property.

It is used as credit to cover move-out expenses, such as:

• Move-out cleaning

• Damage from use or accidents

• Consumption above the contract limit

• Adjustments noted during inspection

These amounts are charged in full, without tolerance, as provided for in the contract.

When making the reservation and signing the contract, you agree to all these conditions. Read the contract carefully before signing.

Refund

The remaining balance of the deposit is refunded within up to 30 days after check-out, or after the closing of all pending invoices.
