What is included in the monthly fee?

Your monthly invoice consists of a fixed package: stay value + monthly fee. The monthly fee consolidates the property's main accounts into a single charge. 💙

What the monthly fee includes

In the Shortstay+ and Standard plans, the monthly fee already covers:

• Property Tax

• Condominium Fee

• Electricity

• Gas

• Wi-Fi (when the property offers it)

How it works in each plan

Shortstay+ (all inclusive) These items are entirely included. You do not pay for consumption separately.

Standard These items are included within the contract limit. Consumption exceeding the limit is charged separately, as per the contract.

Fixed and guaranteed value

During the term of the contract, the monthly fee has a fixed value. If the condominium or property tax increases during this period, Shortstay absorbs the difference. 😉

Upon renewal, the monthly fee and the stay amount may be adjusted, as per the contract.
