What is the due date of my invoice?

Our system is prepaid: you pay to live. Therefore, the invoice due date is tied to your move-in date.💙

How it works

If your contract starts on the 15th, payment will always be on the 15th — covering the period of that month (e.g., 15/Apr to 15/May), and so on.

What is included depends on your plan

Shortstay+ (all inclusive)

Water, gas, electricity, and common areas are already included in your monthly fee.

At the end of the stay, there is no extra charge for consumption, inspection, or cleaning.

Standard

The monthly fee covers usage within the contract limit.

At the end of the stay, the following may be charged:

• Consumption above the limit (water, gas, electricity, and common areas), as per contract

• Any inspection adjustments

• Exit cleaning fee

These values are assessed within up to 30 days (or until the closing of accounts) and deducted from your security deposit.
