If your contract starts on the 15th, the due dates for subsequent bills will follow 30-day cycles and may vary depending on the length of each month.
What’s included depends on your plan
Shortstay+ (all-inclusive)
Water, gas, electricity, and common areas are already included in your monthly payment.
At the end of your stay, there are no extra charges for utilities, inspection, or cleaning.
Standard
The monthly payment covers usage within the contract limit.
At the end of your stay, you may be charged for:
Usage above the limit (water, gas, electricity, and common areas), as specified in the contract
Any inspection adjustments
Move-out cleaning fee
These amounts are calculated within 30 days (or by the time the accounts are closed) and deducted from your security deposit.
