What Shortstay pays for you
Property tax, condominium fees, electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi (when the property provides it) are already included in your monthly invoice.
If you receive any invoice directly from the building or from providers, you may disregard it — this payment is already included in your Shortstay invoice.
⚠ What is your responsibility
Services contracted by you directly with third parties (private maintenance, private security, your own internet, etc.).
In the Standard plan, consumption above the contract limit is also charged separately.
