If you receive any invoice directly from the building or from providers, you may disregard it — this payment is already included in your Shortstay invoice.
Services contracted by you directly with third parties (private maintenance, private security, your own internet, etc.).
In the Standard plan, consumption above the contract limit is also charged separately.
