Check directly in the app — the invoice appears at least 5 days in advance.

Your invoice is available directly in the Shortstay app at least 5 days before the due date.

How to view

Open the Shortstay app.
Go to the Invoices section.
See the invoice for the period and the payment method (PIX or boleto).

Still not showing up?

Contact the finance department via the Support option in the app and we will check it for you.
