What are the payment methods?

At Shortstay, PIX is the main form of payment — used for reservations, extensions, and monthly fees. It is fast, secure, and confirmed in seconds. 💙

PIX (recommended)

• 🔒 Secure: transactions protected by the Central Bank

• ⏱ Immediate confirmation

• 📱 Practical: code displayed directly in the app or on the website

Other forms (specific cases)

• Bank slip: pay at least 2 business days in advance

• Credit card: for Shortstay+ members, after the first invoice (see "Can I pay by credit card?")

Security

Never pay outside the system. Shortstay does not request transfers to personal accounts or via WhatsApp. Always use the PIX code generated in the official app, and check that the link starts with pay.reservacasa.com

Payment must be made by the due date to avoid fines and interest, as provided in the contract.
Timely payment of invoices is the responsibility of the user.
