The due date is calculated automatically based on consecutive 30-calendar-day cycles, starting from the reservation check-in date.
Why might the due date change?
Each billing cycle is 30 calendar days, regardless of whether the month has 28, 29, 30, or 31 days.
For example:
First due date: April 15
Next due date: May 15
Following due date: June 14
Therefore, the due date may vary from one month to the next and cannot be changed to a specific calendar day.
How will I know when to make the payment?
Shortstay automatically sends notifications 7 days before the due date, by email, WhatsApp, and app.
You can also check your invoices and their due dates at any time through the Shortstay app or website.
All cycles are prepaid. Payment must be made in full by the due date indicated on the invoice, ensuring the continuity of your stay.
