The signed accommodation contract is an official document, according to Provisional Measure No. 2.200-2, of August 24, 2001, which establishes the legal validity of electronic documents signed with digital certification in Brazil.
Additionally, monthly stay invoices will be issued, containing all guest and property information. These invoices can also be used as proof of address.
This way, Shortstay won't issue any extra documents.
