How is the rental package value formed?

Package example: Rent R$1,500 + Monthly fee R$500 = Package R$2,000. Shortstay charges 15% only on rent (R$225). Owner receives R$1,275 net. Electricity and variable costs paid by tenant according to consumption.

Example:

Rent Value = 1,500.00
Monthly fee value (Property Tax + Condo + Internet + Other fixed) = 500.00
Monthly package value (total) = 2,000.00
Shortstay admin fee (15%) applied (ONLY on rent value) = 225.00. And only when the property is rented.
Net value owner = 1,275.00
Electricity and other variable costs = Will be charged to the tenant according to their monthly usage.
