To get your pre-evaluation done, just follow these steps:
Go to the Shortstay website and click on the Owners menu (click here).
On the page, hit the Do Pre-Evaluation button (click here).
Fill in all the fields of the form and send it.
After the online pre-evaluation is approved and if the owner is interested in partnering with Shortstay, our team will proceed with the property's onboarding process by generating the management agreement and scheduling the in-person visit for technical analysis of the property.
