Property maintenance is managed by the Shortstay team, and a technical report is made to find the cause, whether from tenant misuse or the need for preventive maintenance.
If misuse is found, Shortstay handles the repair and charges the tenant directly.
If itโs preventive maintenance, itโs done in agreement with the owner, after presenting quotes from qualified professionals pre-selected by Shortstay. The cost is first covered by Shortstay and adjusted in the next transfer to the owner.
