We have a careful registration approval process to cut down the risk of missed payments on the contracted service. Plus, with advance billing routines and other tools, right now we have a default rate under 1.5%.
Does Shortstay guarantee the rent if the tenant doesn't pay?
Shortstay doesn't guarantee rent. Strict approval process + advance payment = delinquency below 1.5% to minimize risks.
