⚙ Setup Fee (property preparation and activation)
One-time fee of R$ 750.00, payable before the property is published on the Shortstay website.
This fee covers the entire process of preparation, registration, and integration of the property into our system.
The amount includes:

📸 Professional photographs and 3D virtual tour;
🧾 Detailed registration of the property on the Shortstay platform;
💼 Account and transfer setup in the finance department, ensuring integrated and efficient management.
