The most common reasons for a registration to be rejected include:
Restriction on CPF: If there’s any restriction on the provided CPF, the registration can’t be approved.
Incomplete documentation: Missing required documents for the analysis will make your registration get rejected.
Income doesn’t match the chosen property: Your net income should be at least double the total monthly package (rent + monthly fee) for the unit you picked. Ideally, your net income should be three times or more the monthly package amount.
Information mismatch: If the info you give in your documents doesn’t match up or is inconsistent, your registration will be rejected.
