I am having an issue with the internet signal

The type of solution depends on whether the internet is collective (of the building) or private (exclusive to the property). Check the modem to identify it.

Building shared internet (most Shortstay buildings):

Report directly to the front desk or building manager
Buildings with shared internet include: Evolution Smart, New Concept Smart, Princess Residence, Residence Batel, Lifespace Curitiba, Lifespace Estação, Easy Life Brigadeiro, Stay Batel, among others

How to identify a private internet connection:

Check the modem in your unit — if it has the Claro or Vivo logo, it is usually a private contract
In this case, contact Shortstay for technical support with the provider

Shortstay is not responsible for signal failures of operators/providers.
