When the same property receives more than one booking for the same period, the priority confirmation defines who is confirmed first. The decision follows two rules, always in this order:
1. Those who chose Shortstay+ have priority Bookings made with Shortstay+ are confirmed before bookings on the Standard plan. This is one of the benefits for those who choose the recommended plan.
2. Whoever arrived first always prevails The order of arrival is the criterion that applies in any situation. When there is a priority tie—for example, two Shortstay+ bookings competing for the same period—the one who submitted the request first is confirmed.
How the rules work together First we look at the plan: Shortstay+ goes to the front. Then, within the same level, the order of arrival decides. In other words: the Shortstay+ priority arranges the queue, and the “who arrived first” is always the final criterion.
Examples
One Shortstay+ booking and one Standard booking for the same dates → the Shortstay+ is confirmed.
Two Shortstay+ bookings for the same dates → the one that arrived first is confirmed.
Two Standard bookings for the same dates → the one that arrived first is confirmed.
