Standard in the extension: how the security deposit works

When extending under the Standard plan, the security deposit you have already paid remains valid for the new period.

How it works

• The cleaning fee, inspection, and any repairs will continue to be deducted from the security deposit.

• Identified damages are also deducted.

• At the end of the stay, the remaining balance is refunded within up to 30 days.

If the current security deposit is lower than the required amount

When the security deposit paid is lower than the amount required for the new period, the difference is charged on your next invoice.
