Shortstay+ is more worthwhile for frequent use, with a fixed cost and all-inclusive coverage. Standard makes sense for occasional use, in which you only “spend” what is used and receive the remaining balance back.
In common: both cover wear and basic repairs, but damage due to misuse is always charged separately.
