The Standard is the plan based on a single deposit. In your reservation, you place a security amount once; the costs are deducted according to usage, and the remaining balance is returned to you.
Payment: this reservation requires a single deposit, paid at the beginning of the stay. It is not an amount spent immediately, but rather a guarantee from which the costs are deducted.
What is included:
Cleaning fee deducted from the deposit
Inspection and repairs deducted from the deposit
Identified damages deducted from the deposit
Remaining balance refunded within up to 30 days
Important: damages and misuse are charged to the guest. Additional damages are charged separately.
