Documents required for reservation: foreigners with CRNM

If you are a foreign national and already have a residence permit in Brazil, we request:

Identity document

• CRNM (Carteira de Registro Nacional Migratório) — send front and back in a single document, in good condition and fully legible.

Proof of income (for those residing in Brazil — send one of these options)

• Pay slips for the last 3 months

• Income tax return accompanied by the last 3 bank statements

• Pro-labore (monthly withdrawal) for the last 3 months, accompanied by the last 3 bank statements

Remember: the proven income must be at least 2x the monthly value of the property.
