When the 24 hours end without a signature, the reservation is automatically canceled and the property becomes available again for other interested parties.
Contact Support via the app as soon as possible. If the property is still available, our team will guide you on how to resume the reservation.
If the property has already been reserved by another person, we will help you find similar options.
If you already know that you will not be able to sign within 24 hours — due to travel, a problem with your phone, or any unforeseen event — inform Support before the deadline expires. By notifying us in advance, it is much easier to find a solution.
