Did you like the property and want to stay longer? Our contracts have flexible extension — you can extend your stay without needing to make a new reservation from scratch.
How it works
The extension is requested directly through the app, in your active reservation.
You choose the new period and receive an extension agreement to sign electronically — the same simple process as the original contract.
No guarantor, no notary, no moving: you remain in the property as usual.
When to request the extension
Request it in advance, before the end of the current contract. This way we ensure that the property remains reserved for you — without the risk of another reservation already existing for the following dates.
Prices
The extension amount may be the same or different from the current contract, depending on the period and availability. You can see the terms before confirming — nothing changes without your consent.
The longer the stay, the better
Longer stays have better conditions. It is worth checking the period options when extending.
