Early departure requires 30 days’ prior notice, submitted through the app, in your reservation. Notifying us early prevents additional charges and facilitates the organization of the check-out.
If you leave before the contracted period, the early termination penalty provided for in the contract will apply. The exact amount and the calculation method are described in your contract — consult it in the app or in the PDF sent by email.
