For Shortstay+ and Standard members, the monthly fee already includes:
Electricity
Gas
Wi-Fi — when applicable to the property
Property tax (IPTU)
Condominium fee
No need to open an electricity account, transfer account holder names, or split bills: you arrive and move in. The full details of what is included in your property appear on the booking page and in the contract.
Items not listed as included — for example, additional services contracted separately — are charged separately and always communicated in advance.
