Scammers may try to pose as Shortstay to send fake charges. Knowing how to identify the official channels protects your money.
Invoice in the Shortstay app
Official unique link, sent together with the invoice via WhatsApp and email
The official payment link always starts with:
> pay.reservacasa.com/...
The link does not start with pay.reservacasa.com
They request payment by direct transfer to an individual account
They send a QR Code or payment slip through channels different from the official ones
They pressure you with unusual urgency ("pay now or you will lose the property")
The amount is different from your invoice in the app
Open the app and check the invoice. If the charge is not there, do not pay — and notify Support immediately.
Shortstay never requests payment outside the app or the official unique link.

How do I receive my invoice every month
Your invoice is sent via WhatsApp, email, and the Shortstay app every month. Receiving it and paying it on time is the guest's responsibility.
