We accept two forms of payment:
Pix — immediate settlement
Bank slip — it may take up to 2 business days to be settled; do not leave it until the day before the due date
Always pay through the official channel
Payment must be made exclusively:
Through the Shortstay app, on your invoice, or
Through the unique link that we send together with the invoice
In the app, you can copy the barcode or issue the 2nd copy at any time.
