Payment methods: PIX and credit card

Shortstay offers two payment methods for your bookings and invoices, including options for Brazilian and international customers.

💰 PIX

• Instant payment.

• Available to customers with a CPF.

💳 Credit card

• We accept Visa and Mastercard.

• International cards are also accepted, allowing international customers to make payments using cards issued abroad.

📲 How do you make a payment?

1. Go to the Shortstay app or website.

2. Find your invoice in the Invoices section.

3. Choose between PIX or credit card.

4. Complete your payment via the official link.

🔒 Payment security

All payments are made exclusively through the official domain:

https://pay.reserva.casa

Warning: never make payments through links from other domains or transfer money to third-party accounts.

📌 Important information

• We do not accept bank slips.

• Invoices are made available 7 days before the due date.

• Payment must be completed within the period indicated on the invoice.
