When the CPF is required

The CPF is mandatory for foreigners who intend to stay more than 90 days in Brazil. As reservations on Shortstay are monthly, it is required to complete yours.

How to issue it (step by step)

Issuance is done on the official website of the Receita Federal:

  1. Access the official link: Issue CPF for Foreigners

  2. Fill in your information exactly as it appears in your passport.

  3. Complete the request and keep the generated number.

Already have a CPF?

Just provide it in your reservation and continue as usual.
