What is the PET Fee?

Shortstay is pet friendly for small pets, but rules vary by owner. Check if the property accepts pets. Fee of R$100 per pet on the monthly bill, maximum 2 small pets per apartment.

Since most of our places are residential, accepting small pets is pretty common.

However, some rules might change depending on each owner.

So, it's important to check if the place you want allows pets.

For Pet Friendly apartments, a Pet fee of R$100.00 per Pet will be charged in the monthly invoice, up to a maximum of 2 small pets per apartment
