To confirm your identity — we check whether you are the same person as in the submitted document.
To prevent fraud — we prevent third parties from using other people’s documents to make reservations.

How to submit it
Open the Shortstay application.
Go to your reservation and tap on the verification step.
Take the selfie following the on-screen instructions — good lighting, visible face, and no sunglasses or cap.
Your data is secure The selfie is used only to verify your identity and is handled securely, in accordance with our privacy policy.
