How does the inspection work after check-out?

After check-out, our team conducts a detailed inspection of the property.

What do we verify?

We compare the current condition of the property with the entry inspection, including:

• furniture and appliances;

• walls, floors, and doors;

• kitchen and bathroom;

• items provided in the property;

• cleanliness and organization;

• possible damage or missing items.

Shortstay+ customers enjoy the benefits provided in the plan, including exit cleaning and coverage for basic damage, as per the contracted conditions.

Standard Plan

Under the Standard Plan, costs for cleaning, damages, missing items, or other applicable charges may be deducted from the deposit, as per the signed contract.

Old reservations without a plan

For previous contracts without an associated plan, the deposit remains subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the contract.

Analysis and return of the balance may occur within up to 30 days after check-out.

Before departure

To avoid additional charges:

• remove all trash;

• do not leave personal items;

• leave the property organized;

• return all provided items;

• follow the key return instructions correctly.
