What happens if I do not return the key?

The key must be returned by 11:00 AM on the checkout day.

If the key is not returned

According to the contract, the following may be applied:

• additional daily rate;

• penalty fee;

• costs for new key or access change;

• other costs caused by the delay in property delivery.

Important

Failure to return the key does not extend your reservation. Remaining in the property after the end of your stay, without an approved extension, is considered unauthorized occupancy.

In this case, Shortstay may apply the charges provided for in the contract and take the appropriate legal measures for eviction and property recovery.
