Can I leave luggage at the property after check-out?

No. All of your belongings must be removed before 11:00 AM.

After check-out, the property enters the inspection, cleaning, and preparation process for the next stay.

Before you leave

Check that you have removed:

• luggage and clothing;

• documents;

• food items;

• bathroom items;

• electronics and chargers;

• any other personal items.

Important

Do not leave any belongings in the property.

Items left in the property after check-out will be handled in accordance with our operational procedures and the conditions set forth in the contract. Shortstay does not guarantee the storage or recovery of these items.
