What is the check-out time?

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the date specified in your contract.

By this time, the property must be completely vacated.

Before 11:00 AM

• remove all your belongings;

• remove the trash;

• close windows and faucets;

• turn off lights and appliances;

• return the key as per instructions;

• confirm that the door is fully closed.

Need more time?

Do not remain in the property after 11:00 AM without an approved extension.

An extension must be requested in advance and is only valid after Shortstay approval.

If the property is not returned at the contracted time, daily fees, fines, and other charges as provided in the contract may be applied.
