How to obtain a proof of address through Shortstay?

During your stay, you can download the Guest Contract through the Shortstay app and use it as proof of address.

How to download the document

1. Open the Shortstay app.

2. Access your active reservation.

3. On the home screen, tap My Contract.

4. Select Guest Contract.

5. Download the document in PDF.

The contract displays your reservation details, the accommodation address, and your stay period. After downloading it, you can send it or present it as proof of address when needed.

Important: acceptance of the contract as proof of address depends on the rules of the institution that requested the document
