On your check-in day, from 2 PM onwards, open your reservation in the Shortstay app to check the location of the key box and access code.
Locate the box indicated in the app.
Enter the access code.
Open the box and remove the key.
Close the box completely.
Confirm that it is locked before entering the property.
After retrieving the key, do not use the box again during your stay. Keep the key with you and store it safely.
The box should only be used again at check-out, following the return instructions provided in the app.
Do not alter the key box code.
Do not share the code with other people.
Do not force, remove, move or damage the box.
Do not leave the box open or unlocked.
Do not store other objects inside it.
