How to inform additional guests?

If another person will be staying at the property with you, please provide their information to Shortstay before arrival. This allows our team to send the correct authorization to the concierge or building management.

Before check-in

Please provide:

• guest's full name;

• identification document;

• any other information requested by Shortstay.

Authorization will only be sent after verification of the information.

Guest limit

Each property has a maximum capacity, indicated on the property page and in your reservation.

The total number of people must respect this limit, including the reservation holder and any additional guests.

Important

Guests who have not been reported may have their access refused by the concierge and will not be able to enter or remain in the property.

It is not permitted to share the property, keys, or access codes with people who are not registered in the reservation.
