Before your check-in date, you can already consult the reservation information, the property address and general check-in guidelines through the Shortstay app.
Access to the property is available from 2 PM on the date indicated in the contract.
From that time onwards, the key box code or the electronic lock password will be available in your reservation through the Shortstay app.
You are not permitted to access the property before 2 PM.
When the building has a concierge, Shortstay sends the entry authorization for the reservation holder and registered additional guests in advance.
At check-in time, go directly to the property and present an official photo ID if requested by the concierge.
There is no need to pick up keys at an office or meet our team.
Check the access code directly through the Shortstay app.
Do not share codes, passwords, or entry instructions with third parties.
Only informed and authorized guests may access the property.
