To pay your Shortstay invoice via PIX, you need:
✅ A valid Brazilian CPF.
✅ An active Brazilian bank account linked to your CPF.
✅ A banking app compatible with PIX QR code payments.
Simply access the Shortstay payment link, select PIX, and scan the QR code using your Brazilian bank's app.
🌍 Can I use Wise?
❌ No. PIX transfers made through Wise are not accepted for paying Shortstay invoices.
Wise's PIX transfer feature is not compatible with our QR code or payment link system. Manual bank transfers are also not accepted.
💳 Payment for international customers
Don't have a Brazilian bank account? No problem!
✅ Use a compatible international credit card.
✅ Pay securely using the official link on your invoice.
✅ 3D Secure (3DS) authentication is mandatory.
🔒 Important
All payments must be made exclusively through the official Shortstay payment link. Payments made outside our system are not accepted for invoice settlement.
