The reservation email and phone must belong to the main contract holder (not an extra guest, spouse, kid, etc.)
Since the booking process is 100% online through the Shortstay app, signing the contract is digital too, and it’s only legally valid if done by the contract holder’s email.
The sales team will check everything and might reject bookings if the data doesn’t match up.
