How to request it via the app
Open the Shortstay app.
Access your booking and tap "Extend Stay".
Choose for how many months you wish to continue.
Our team confirms the details and completes the process.
The renewal fee is provided at the time of the request and automatically included in the next invoice — with no immediate additional payment.
According to the contract, the renewal request must be made at least 10 days before the expiry of the current contract. After this period, it will be necessary to make a new booking, with all initial procedures.
Values may be adjusted at each renewal, according to the period and the property conditions — you see everything before confirming. And you may stay as long as you wish: minimum stay of 30 days, with no maximum limit.
