Payment Options
To secure your booking, the payment for your stay has to be made in advance.
On the Shortstay app, you can easily and quickly pay using the following options:
Bank Slip:
You can generate and print the bank slip in the app and pay it at any bank or through internet banking.
PIX:
You can also make payments using Pix with the banking details provided in the app.
Payment Tracking
Payment Status: After making the payment, your booking status will change from "Ready to pay" to "Paid."
App notifications: Open notifications in the app to stay up to date about your payment status and other important info.
Monthly Invoices
Every month, you’ll get your invoices by email sent from fatura@shortstay.com.br.
To access the PDF invoice file, use the first 5 digits of your CPF or CNPJ.
