Are bed and bath linens included in the monthly package?

Bedding and bath kits are extra items we offer to make your temporary home even more comfy.

You can request kits and extra services as you need during the booking process or after booking through the Shortstay app.

If you ask before check-in, the Shortstay team will have everything ready inside the apartment for your arrival.

After check-in, anytime you need, you can order kits through the app in the "Cleaning Request" section.

The Shortstay team will deliver them when arriving at your place to clean, taking away the old kits and bringing over fresh, special Shortstay kits.

Pick what you need when you book or ask for extra items anytime through the Shortstay App.

What each kit includes:

1. Pillow Kit: 2 pillows with cover.

2. Bath Kit: 1 bath towel, face towel, and bath mat.

3. Blanket Kit: 1 blanket.

4. Bed Kit: 2 sheets and pillowcases.

Important:

Payment: Included in your bill.

Responsibility: Maintenance, damage or loss is your responsibility and you’ll be charged the replacement value.
