How can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellation: Free before the contract. After contract (before check-in): entry fee + R$150/day of blocked dates. During contract period: as stated in clause 3 of the contract.

Reservation Cancellation

Reservation: Filling out the form doesn’t guarantee a rental. Priority goes to whoever sends all the documents first.

Cancellation:

Before the contract is generated: Free.
After the contract is generated (before the rental starts): Entry fee + R$150/day for holding the place.
During the rental: As per clause 3 of the contract.
