As soon as we get your notice to leave, we schedule the inspection with our team so it happens as soon as possible after you move out.
During this inspection, we’ll use the initial inspection report (which we’ll send to your email on your move-in day) and we'll do a comparison.
A move-out notice with the result of the inspection will be sent to your email.
If there are any differences, the costs will be added to your final bill, along with any usage for the last rental period and also the cleaning fee.
The cleaning fee ranges from R$180.00 to R$250.00 depending on the size of the place.
Within around 30 days or once we get the utility bills, we’ll send you the breakdown of your security deposit and these charges for the cleaning fee, possible repair costs, laundry, electricity, gas, cleaning, etc.
