Since most of our properties are residential, allowing small pets is pretty common. Still, some rules might change depending on each owner.

So, it’s super important to double-check if the place you want is cool with pets.

Here's how to check if your property allows pets:

• On the property page, find the Things to Know section and the Rules option.

In Rules, you'll see some key info like:

• No smoking

• Pets allowed or not allowed

• Checkout Cleaning

For the Pet Friendly apartments, a fee of R$100.00 per pet will be charged on the monthly bill, limited to a maximum of 2 small pets per apartment.
