Security Deposit - How does it work?

The first month's security deposit covers move-out expenses: cleaning, utilities, and repairs. The balance is returned within 30 days after move-out.

The security deposit, charged in the first month of your stay, will be used as a credit on your contract to cover the costs when you leave the property.

These costs include: move-out cleaning, utilities (electricity, laundry, gas, among others, as applicable), and any possible issues found at inspection.

Any remaining balance from the security deposit will be returned within 30 days after moving out or after receiving all pending bills.
