What is the Monthly Fee described on the invoice?

The total value of the stay is made up of a fixed monthly package plus consumption.

This fixed monthly package is split into two parts: stay amount and monthly fee.

The monthly fee covers the regular condo fee, property tax (IPTU) and, in some cases, can include other bills like internet, cable TV, among others, depending on the building and/or apartment features.

The monthly fee is calculated based on the average from recent months and a projection for the next months, considering possible adjustments and account fluctuations.

For the guest's convenience, peace of mind, and predictability, Shortstay always manages and pays all included bills in this monthly fee on time, guaranteeing the fixed monthly amount during the hosting contract and sending a single monthly invoice for payment.

So, for example, if the condo or property tax goes up but your hosting contract is still active, Shortstay covers this difference

Heads up: Every time the contract is renewed, according to the contract clauses, both the stay amount and the monthly fee can change.
